Our goal is that all our cotton should be more sustainable and that 80 percent of all our clothes come from more sustainable fibers by 2020. 25 per cent of Lindex total assortment consist of organic cotton and as part of its dedicated work to increase the use of sustainable materials, Lindex also work for replacing the synthetic fibers with more sustainable options such as Lyocell and recycled polyester.
Besides significantly increasing the use of more sustainable materials Lindex has intensified its work to improve the production processes in order to reduce the use of water, energy and chemicals. The fashion chain has reviewed the washing processes of its denim production and aims to work with more sustainable processes to more products than denim.
