2025 Sustainable Cotton Challenge

The production of raw materials stands for a major share of our impact on people and the planet. For many years we have worked to increase our share of more sustainable materials and we are committed to the 2025 Sustainable Cotton Challenge.

The 2025 Sustainable Cotton Challenge was initiated by The Prince of Wales’ International Sustainability Unit and Lindex was one of the first companies to join. Today the initiative is run by Textile Exchange. The initiative is unique as it is the first industry commitment on sustainable cotton and through it, companies come together and commit to ensuring that 100 per cent of the cotton they use comes from more sustainable sources by 2025.

The commitment is in line with our sustainability promise – to make a difference for future generations. As part of our aim to have a circular business approach, our goal is that by 2025, all Lindex materials, including cotton, will be recycled or sustainably sourced.
