Lindex is a member of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), a global alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs working together to promote respect for workers’ rights in supply chains.
We believe that transparency, inclusiveness and collaboration are essential to address complex challenges in global supply chains. Through our membership, we engage in ongoing dialogue and collaboration with companies, trade unions and NGOs. This helps us strengthen our human rights due diligence, align with international standards and address issues that cannot be solved by individual companies alone. By working together with different stakeholders, we gain valuable perspectives and expertise that support the continuous development of our responsible business practices.
As part of our membership, we commit to the ETI Base Code and communicate its principles to our suppliers. The Base Code is an internationally recognised framework based on conventions from the International Labour Organisation (ILO). At Lindex, our own Code of Conduct builds on the ETI Base Code, with an additional focus on gender equality.
