WE Women by Lindex
Through WE Women by Lindex, we train our suppliers’ factory management in gender equality and how to integrate it into their management systems. The aim is to support more inclusive leadership in factories and increase awareness of gender equality.

We know we can’t solve gender equality on our own, but we believe that by working together and sharing what we learn through WE Women by Lindex, we can support progress beyond our own organisation.
