Lindex will open store in Denmark this autumn. The store will be operated by a franchisee and will open in the attractive shopping centre Fields in Copenhagen.

The store has a central location in the shopping centre with a sales area of approximately 700 square metres and will offer Lindex’s latest concepts with all business areas; women’s wear, kids’ wear, lingerie and cosmetics. The customers will be offered a modern shopping environment and the Lindex store will emphasize the brand’s Scandinavian heritage in the latest interior design and with a sustainable mindset.

Denmark is an exciting market with many fashion conscious women. We have since 2009 offered Lindex fashion online in Denmark and have for a long time also been interested in opening physical stores. We are very much looking forward to the opening together with our successful franchise partner, says Johan Isacson, Head of Lindex Franchise.

The launch is a continuation of Lindex international expansion and the opening in Denmark is realized together with the Icelandic franchise partner LDX 19, who today runs six Lindex stores and the e-commerce in Iceland. Field shopping centre in Copenhagen, owned by Steen & Strøm/ Klépierre, is one of the largest shopping centres in Scandinavia and Denmark’s largest with 79.300 square metres of retail under one roof and 8.7 million visitors per year.

We are very happy to open a store in Denmark together with the strong fashion brand Lindex. The inspiring, affordable and more sustainable fashion feels right for the Danish customer. We look forward to welcoming everyone to the new Lindex store in Fields” says Loa D. Kristjansdottir and Albert Thor Magnusson, franchisee for Lindex.
