The motivation for Lindex as a winner in the category ‘Clothes & Fashion’ is as follows:

Market Awards is a newly established award given to the companies that have performed best in retail’s largest industries, selected by a renowned jury. In a comprehensive survey, which is led by the magazine Market in collaboration with Center for retailing at the Stockholm School of Economics, growth in sales and result as well as other financial key figures, customer satisfaction, brand strength and market position as well as innovativeness and sustainability work are examined.  

The award ceremony where the winners were crowned and celebrated took place on 19 October during a gala at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.
