Lindex operating profit for 2018 amounted to 298 MSEK, which is more than twice that of the previous year (130 MSEK). Strengthened margins, increased sales growth and reduced costs have contributed to the strong increase in profits.

Lindex increased its total sales in SEK in 2018 by 3.6 percent and by 1.4 percent in local currencies. Sales in the fourth quarter increased by 2.1 percent in SEK but decreased by 0.1 percent in local currencies. Lindex showed a better sales growth than the market in all Nordic countries in 2018, and the fashion company also continued its strong growth online with a sales increase of 46.6 percent over the year.
