Black is back
Black is big in this autumn’s fashion. The Lindex design team happily combines black with more intense black, and emphasizes that a blend of different materials is especially important in this context. Glossy surfaces are matched with coarse matt structures together with fine ones.
The styling is marked by layer-on-layer effects that seldom stop short of the all-black look. This is how designer Marlene Schön styles her black look for autumn: “I choose an oversized sweater and wear it with a mesh top together with narrow leather-look leggings or trousers. Another favourite is a long shirt with a mix of materials, glossy contrasting with matt, under a short blazer, and tights with thigh-high legwarmers.”
