Pink collection 2009, Design by Emma Wiklund

Emma Wiklund makes her debut as a designer with the Pink Collection, an exclusive collection for Lindex. The collection will be introduced on the 1st of October when the “Pink Month” officially starts.

In her work, Emma started out from her own personal tastes and from a number of favourite models. This resulted in easily-worn garments which can be combined and worn both as everyday wear and for parties. The collection consists of blouses, dresses and accessories – a total of 14 products. The material is primarily cotton and the colour scale runs in winter grey, midnight blue and old rose.

The Pink Collection, designed by Emma Wiklund, is a part of Lindex’ contribution to the fight against breast cancer.

“Having the opportunity to design a collection of my own has been inspiring and at the same time, an exciting
challenge. Moreover, to get involved in the fight against breast cancer seems both important and natural for me. Being able to contribute something which raises money for this important issue therefore feels very good”, says Emma Wiklund.
