Lindex strengthens organisation with focus on customer experience and a sustainable value chain

Elin Herngren has been appointed Chief Brand & Product Officer. She will continue to lead the development of Lindex's customer offering, product strategy and brand experience, with a focus on creating even greater value for customers. Elin has held the role on an interim basis since April 2026 and has previously held several senior positions within Lindex, most recently heading Lindex's lingerie category.

Anna-Karin Dahlberg, who has been Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Lindex Leadership Team since 2022, has been appointed Chief Sourcing & Sustainability Officer. In this role, she will lead the work of further strengthening Lindex's responsible, resilient and competitive value chain by bringing together sourcing, production, product compliance and sustainability within one function.
