Sanna Lindgren will be the new HR & Communications Director

Sanna Lindgren will be the new HR & Communications Director at Lindex. Sanna comes from a similar role at Resia and will start her new employment at Lindex in the beginning of August.

Sanna started her career at Guide in Stockholm and then worked at IFS for eight years in a various positions. After that Sanna started as HR Director at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Group for three years before she was recruited to Resia as HR Manager 2015.

Sanna’s wide knowledge and experience of organisational and leadership development with a customer-focused and value-based approach will be valuable assets for Lindex continued development as an international fashion chain, says Ingvar Larsson, CEO of Lindex.

Sanna has a long and wide experience of all aspects of the HR work, and communication and sustainability are areas close to her heart. Sanna has also been focusing on driving digital transformation to create an effective and innovative organisation as well as developing managers to lead in a customer-focused environment.

To create a vision and value-driven corporate culture has been an important focus at Lindex for many years, where Sanna takes over from Sofia Brax, who leaves after thirteen successful years. Sanna will be part of the Group Management team and be responsible for HR, communication and sustainability issues.
