Lindex opens large store in Berlin

Lindex expands its investment in the German market and opens a large storein the most fashionable street in BerlinLindex, which is a leading retail clothing chain in the Nordic countries,opens a large store on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin on 24 November. The storesignals the start of Lindex's investment in stores in an international bigcity environment.The Berlin store will be the thirty-first Lindex store in Germany, and thefirst outside the Nordrhein-Westfalen region. The expansion in Germanywill continue and 10-15 new stores will open every year. Establishmentwill mainly be made in cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants. Thestores will be located both in the Berlin region and south of Nordrhein-Westfalen.Lindex is also continuing its expansion in its other markets in the Nordiccountries, Sweden, Norway and Finland with a total of 15-20 new stores perannum."Our expansion strategy is very clear," says Hans Johansson, Presidentand CEO of Lindex.
