Tell us about how you started at Lindex and your growth within the company so far?
-I was recruited to Lindex from Stena Line where I worked as Loyalty Program Manager. My first assignment at Lindex was to re-design the former Lindex Club into the loyalty program concept that we now have, More at Lindex. Today I work with business development at the new Digital Business Development Department, to find new solutions and ways for Lindex to improve the customer experience in all touchpoints to drive loyalty.
What are the most inspiring responsibilities or tasks you have in your current role?
-I have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and how you can use these insights to better meet customer needs and wants. The most inspiring part is when a new concept or service, that we have designed and developed, is a success amongst the customers.
What are the biggest challenges?
-The biggest challenge is that the customer expectation are changing fast due to the rapid technological development. The digital development is also very complex with a lot of dependencies between different IT-systems which make the projects I work with both very interesting and challenging. I do enjoy working in the borderland between marketing, IT and service design.
What is the best thing about working at Lindex?
-That there is a constant movement forward. A feeling that we’re on a journey together towards something and that we all are needed on that journey. I appreciate that Lindex is a company that understands the importance of development, which I believe is a prerequisite for success in our business. And most importantly of course, all my great colleagues.
