The agreement complements the Stockmann Group’s and Lindex long-term work to continuously improve fire safety in factories. The issue has been the focus for several years as part of the Stockmann Group’s sustainability work, for example through internal and external inspections of the factories used by the group.
Lindex does not own any factories, but this agreement is one way to contribute to improved working conditions for textile industry workers in Bangladesh.
